does the term "bumbling incompetence" mean anything to anyone else? i ordered online valentines flowers four days prior to the date. my bank account was promptly debited for the purchase, but nothing was delivered and no communication received to indicate that there was any problem. never again ever would i have anything to do with this sorry business except to give them a bit of free advertising of the worst kind.
