Weis Comfort Systems Inc provided outstanding service when I called them, most recently, and I would be very, very happy to recommend them to others. They were responsive, timely, and well-prepared. Not only this, but the technician was knowledgeable and incredibly considerate. They looked at our house and the airflow, as a whole, and made very good suggestions to improve the overall heating. Their friendliness and comprehensive perspective was very much appreciated. It was a very good experience and they definitely deserve excellent ratings. Thank you, Weis Comfort Systems Inc! more

Furnace was replaced due to a crack in the heat exchanger which was discovered during my routine maintenance. It was very cold outside but they were able to install it within two days without a hitch. I was very grateful to be able to stay in the comfort of my own home knowing I was in good hands. more

Our tech, Terrell, is very helpful and gracious. He takes time to explain what the problem is. When our system was not working properly, he stayed watching the unit work until it malfunctioned and he could tell what was wrong. Ours was the last call of the day and it was late; but he didn't rush the job. He has gotten to know our system, which is unusual, in a short time. He is always cheerful but gets right to work while we talk about what the problem is and how he will fix it. more

NO HEAT ON A FRIDAY...YIKES!!! 1/15/2018

What can I say? It was Friday morning leading up to a weekend of temperatures predicted to be in the teens. Weis was able to get Terrell, the technician who has serviced our system in the past, to our house late afternoon when I could be home. Somehow he was able to determine the cause of our boiler not functioning. BUT he was not able to get the part needed because the parts supplier was closed for the day. He offered to go at 8:00am on Saturday morning in the hope that he could find the part there, come to our house and make the repair. Meantime we prepared our house with electric radiators for fear of pipes bursting. Our good luck and outstanding attitude by Terrell had the boiler repaired by 9:10am Saturday morning. 5 stars all the way! Thank you Terrell. more

The install we had them do, did not go smoothly. For that reason, i cannot characterize the experience as 5 star. That said, what first appeared epic fail, was ultimately transformed into success. The problem encountered was resolved quickly and efficiently. Perhaps, the issue, while regrettable, was in fact, a blessing. When all goes as expected, it is easy for business to appear admirable. However, the true test of a company is oft time revealed when adversity rears its ugly head. That said I would have prefered uneventful install. It is comforting to know that if trouble occurs, Weis is up to the test. All personnel involved throughout the entire episode were courteous and competent. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. more
