Our tech, Terrell, is very helpful and gracious. He takes time to explain what the problem is. When our system was not working properly, he stayed watching the unit work until it malfunctioned and he could tell what was wrong. Ours was the last call of the day and it was late; but he didn't rush the job. He has gotten to know our system, which is unusual, in a short time. He is always cheerful but gets right to work while we talk about what the problem is and how he will fix it.
