What can I say? It was Friday morning leading up to a weekend of temperatures predicted to be in the teens. Weis was able to get Terrell, the technician who has serviced our system in the past, to our house late afternoon when I could be home. Somehow he was able to determine the cause of our boiler not functioning. BUT he was not able to get the part needed because the parts supplier was closed for the day. He offered to go at 8:00am on Saturday morning in the hope that he could find the part there, come to our house and make the repair. Meantime we prepared our house with electric radiators for fear of pipes bursting. Our good luck and outstanding attitude by Terrell had the boiler repaired by 9:10am Saturday morning. 5 stars all the way! Thank you Terrell.
