The install we had them do, did not go smoothly.
For that reason, i cannot characterize the experience as 5 star. That said, what first appeared epic fail, was ultimately transformed into success.
The problem encountered was resolved quickly and efficiently. Perhaps, the issue, while regrettable, was in fact, a blessing. When all goes as expected, it is easy for business to appear admirable. However, the true test of a company is oft time revealed when adversity rears its ugly head.
That said I would have prefered uneventful install.
It is comforting to know that if trouble occurs, Weis is up to the test. All personnel involved throughout the entire episode were courteous and competent.
I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
