The reviews on here echo what I feel as well. Natalie is a true professional. My personal opinion is that she doesn't approach her job as a salesperson. She approaches her job as a diamond & jewelry consultant. Again, in my opinion, that is a big and important distinction. Never did I feel like I was being ""sold"" anything. I'm an engineer, so I like to do my own research and my own homework. I told her exactly what I wanted and she went out and found it. When I asked her for her opinion, she gave it willingly. When I asked her for facts, she was non-subjective. At all times, she was extremely professional. I can appreciate being put in a position where one customer will treat her differently than another and she is able to adapt as needed for the customer.\r
Wedding Day Diamonds is wise to hire professionals like her to represent them. In a digital age, having professionals and experts like Natalie on staff is exactly why people should continue to use brick and morter stores for these types of purchases. It saves time and money for the consumer and gives them a peace of mind that they would be less likely to receive anywhere else.\r
