I was very impressed 11/2/2010

I was at Walter's yesterday to purchase my new 350E Mercedes. Vincent was there to help me. I was so pleased and happy with everything! Vince was so professional and friendly and helpful. I was so impressed with everything, from the beginning until I drove away in my beautiful new car. I must say, he was so patient and explained everything so well. He is a wonderful manager and I was very impressed. I was really taken care of and I will recommend Walter's to my friends. I just wanted to let you know I pleased I was with the transaction. PS - Before coming in yesterday and meeting Vince, I had worked for quite a while on the phone with Michael Laws. He was also very helpful and I was very happy with his help as well. more

Make you feel like one of the family everytime 10/26/2010

My family has done business with this dealership for very long time, I believe that we as a family have gone through about (Dz) different cars from this dealership so that is why we keep coming back. If we did not get such great service form them, do think we would have done this much business with them. All I can say is that Walter and his son Steve and there staff make you fell like one of the family every time you come in to the dealership, they will take care the little thing for you when you come an always with a smile. They never make you feel like you are silly with the question that you might have with your car ,so I give them TEN STAR all day long. Yes I will always tell all my Friends on how good they will be taking care of at Walter's Auto Sales and Service. more

Very pleased with everything 10/22/2010

I had been dealing with Walt since I ordered the car . It took a very long time to come in..but when it finally did come in, I heard Walt had quit...which at 1st was very disappointing, for he had promised me an amazing deal due to the length of the time I had to wait for delivery of my car. Anyhow TJ Boldt was the salesman who got handed my deal/car, so to speak. And without having any idea or knowledge of this myself, (until the day I was called by TJ, saying my car was finally here!) I have to say I was EXTREMELY impressed with his knowledge, professionalism, and just overall "I CARE" attitude! Not your typical "car salesman" attitude. Actually when I came in that day to see him, two gentlemen approached me and I thought, "Oh great, here comes the pitch!" But then when I told them I was there to meet up with TJ for my appointment...Well, let's just say I was very thankful that Walt left TJ to deal with my car and not one of those other salesman.... Also Wayne in finance was an extremely helpful and courteous gentleman as well! So YES, I am very pleased with everything and look forward to having a long lasting Mercedes Benz relationship with you and your dealership! (again, thanks to TJ mainly...and also Wayne!) more

what I consider to be true professionals 10/18/2010

The Walters crew consisting of Cole Watson, Mike Law, Julio Guerrero, and Paul, are by all standards that could ever be devised, far and above , what I consider to be true professionals. I really felt like I was dealing with four friends or relatives, they were family members to me, what a really great group of people, they could fight in my foxhole anytime, that is great compliment coming from me. If I were a general I would promote all of them to full birb colonels. I hope the best for the entire Walters family and we love the car. buying the Mercedes was fun!! 10/15/2010

The thought of looking for a car is exhausting to me. However buying the Mercedes was fun!! Joe was great!! He is not your 'typical' car consultant nor is the rest of the staff. I appreciate the ease of the purchase. Wayne was wonderful as well. We appreciated his honestly and the time he took to ensure we were thoroughly educated on the addtional warranties, options, etc. I love my new car "Elly" and still trying to figure out all the bells and whistles, Thanks for a wonderful experience and this will be the first of many Mercedes we will purchase!! more

A loyal customer for life 10/7/2010

I was extremely impressed with the staff at this dealer. Paul, Duke and Julio were just so knowledgeable and so patient with my questions. I was actually having a hard time deciding between BMW and Merecedes as well as leasing. I went to the BMW dealer first (across the street from Walters) and nobody approached me or offered to help me. The moment I hit the parking lot of Mercedes I received a smile. I am so impressed with my new Mercedes and the customer service I received was beyond my expectations. I will definitely recommend this location to my friends, family and coworkers. The experience I had with your staff and the incredible product you offer has now made me a loyal customer for life! Thank you for the entire experience, nothing compares to the way I feel driving my Mercedes. more

I called Jackie and told her what I was looking to do and she told me she might have the answer... ...and indeed she did. TJ put in a great deal of time and effort and achieved what i could not over the past two an a half months... and did so in just a couple of days. We had worked with many MB dealerships to find the right vehicle, and at other dealerships the staff was impersonal and desperate to make a sale. We knew exactly what we wanted and yet, they kept trying to push vehicles that did not fit. Michael Laws at Walters of Riverside was different. He went out of his way to find the vehicle that we wanted and made the entire experience personal and friendly. Michael actually listened to what we were looking for and didn't try to suggest a car that didn't work for us. He is a good communicator and when we left the dealership with our new GLK, the transaction felt "right." We will absolutely recommend Michael and Waters to all our friends. more

Thank you for having an professional staff 8/30/2010

I was there on August 27 20210 about 10.00 am I parked in the handicap parking area an after parking there I realized that my handicapp placecard was in the vehicle at home but only going in for just a few minutes I felt that it would be ok. I suffer from a heart disease and sometimes standing up after sitting for long periods of time I get really dizzy a lot of this is from some the side effects of the medication that I take. This morning at your dealership I experience a period of serious dizziness afther getting out of my vehicle. A sales person and I did not get her name but she saw that I was in distress and came outside and inquired wheather I was ok or not I told her that I was experiencing some diffuculties she allowed me to sit down so that the dizziness would pass and was nice enough to get me a bottle of orange juice at no charge I would like to commend her on her compassion and conc ern. I did not get her name but she told me that she was the only woman on the sales staff. Please be sure to tell her once again how grateful I am for what she done for me. We have two Mercedes Benz in our household and you can bet that the next Mercedes Benz we purchase will be from your dealership. Thank you for having an professional staff and especially this young woman. more
