I was introduced to Walter's Mercedes-Benz from a coworker. He said contact their internet manager Vincent Troncoso. I reached out through email a week before my visit. I explained the kind of Mercedes I was looking to lease and my price range. Within an hour I received an email describing lease options that fit my price. I explained I am driving from West Hollywood to Riverside and I really did not want to waste anyone's time, I was really looking for the best deal. Vincent reassured me he would give me the best deal - we hear that all the time from sales people - so of course I was hesitant. I made the drive early Saturday morning, Vincent showed me the exact model and color I was looking to lease. After the test drive, it was UNDER A HALF HOUR for Vincent to give me an offer BELOW what I was willing to pay. I highly recommend his service to anyone reading this! more

I have been doing business with Walter""s Mercedes since 2006. The sales experience then and especially the service department has been exceptional . Recently I had to take my C230 Kompressor in for a coolant system problem. My Service Advisor, Hector Reynosa , did an outstanding job of working with me and the technical team to repair the problem and make sure nothing was overlooked. Hector is extremely knowledgeable having previously been a highly qualified Mercedes Service Technician expert in alignment and suspension.\r I trust Hector and Walter""s for all my auto needs. more

Last Friday I purchased my 4 th Mercedes from Walter's. From the moment I walked into the dealership, I was treated with VIP treatment by Juan Carlos Rasilla. He was so helpful and patient with me as I tried to decide which car I wanted to take home. JC was professional and I didn't feel pressured into anything except satisfaction! GOO SEE this man ... ARASH Himmat. He will hook you up and explain everything to you as you do it! \r \r I was determined to get in the driver seat of a Mercedes but since I am a young individual I was dreading walking onto a lot with snobby old men. I thought at first glance they would ignore me but Arash greeted me with a smile and his first impression left me feeling that he would take care of me. Arash answered all my questions in detail and even elaborated on other things and gave me smart tips for the future. I walked away... SInce I rode for the first time in my best friend's E class, I have been wanting one ever since. SO for the last for years, I have been saving and finally got my E class in diamond white yesterday.
