I was extremely impressed with the staff at this dealer. Paul, Duke and Julio were just so knowledgeable and so patient with my questions. I was actually having a hard time deciding between BMW and Merecedes as well as leasing. I went to the BMW dealer first (across the street from Walters) and nobody approached me or offered to help me. The moment I hit the parking lot of Mercedes I received a smile. I am so impressed with my new Mercedes and the customer service I received was beyond my expectations. I will definitely recommend this location to my friends, family and coworkers. The experience I had with your staff and the incredible product you offer has now made me a loyal customer for life! Thank you for the entire experience, nothing compares to the way I feel driving my Mercedes.
