I was there on August 27 20210 about 10.00 am I parked in the handicap parking area an after parking there I realized that my handicapp placecard was in the vehicle at home but only going in for just a few minutes I felt that it would be ok. I suffer from a heart disease and sometimes standing up after sitting for long periods of time I get really dizzy a lot of this is from some the side effects of the medication that I take. This morning at your dealership I experience a period of serious dizziness afther getting out of my vehicle. A sales person and I did not get her name but she saw that I was in distress and came outside and inquired wheather I was ok or not I told her that I was experiencing some diffuculties she allowed me to sit down so that the dizziness would pass and was nice enough to get me a bottle of orange juice at no charge I would like to commend her on her compassion and conc ern. I did not get her name but she told me that she was the only woman on the sales staff. Please be sure to tell her once again how grateful I am for what she done for me. We have two Mercedes Benz in our household and you can bet that the next Mercedes Benz we purchase will be from your dealership. Thank you for having an professional staff and especially this young woman.
