We had worked with many MB dealerships to find the right vehicle, and at other dealerships the staff was impersonal and desperate to make a sale. We knew exactly what we wanted and yet, they kept trying to push vehicles that did not fit. Michael Laws at Walters of Riverside was different. He went out of his way to find the vehicle that we wanted and made the entire experience personal and friendly. Michael actually listened to what we were looking for and didn't try to suggest a car that didn't work for us. He is a good communicator and when we left the dealership with our new GLK, the transaction felt "right." We will absolutely recommend Michael and Waters to all our friends.
