I just completed my first purchase with Walser Honda in Burnsville. Was one of the best experiences I have ever had. From the time i submitted my online application to driving my new vehicle out of the lot was at the most 2 hours and that includes test driving two vehicles. Brian was great to work with he understood what i was looking for and set me up with exactly what I wanted! Great Job Brian and Walser Honda I would highly recommend them more

I recently purchased a used Honda Ridgeline from Walser Honda and I couldn't be happier with my truck. We had been working with Bryan for a few weeks to help us find the Ridgeline that we wanted and on its arrival he called us immediately. Streamlined process, the truck was pulled up and ready to look at when we got there and the paperwork signing was quick. Ive never purchased a car that quickly, nice way to buy a car. We also purchased a tonneau cover and exterior/interior protection which Bryan scheduled for us as it had to go to two different places, and we had it back in no time. I've purchased 2 cars from Walser Honda in the last 5 years and I can honestly say both experiences were by far the best. I had a tremendous amount of anxiety over trading in my Honda Civic for a different one this last time both for personal reasons and because this was the first of three cars I have had to purchase all by myself. I had the opportunity to work with Jesse Rimpala and he was the greatest! Jesse was professional, honest, kind and extremely patient with me. I could not have asked to work with a better sales rep than Jesse. He listened to my needs and helped me find the perfect car for me. He made sure I had checked out all of the possibilities that were available so I felt confident I was making the right decision for myself. I never once felt any pressure. I think one of the great parts about my experience is that Jesse helped me to feel at ease right from the beginning so I knew I was in good hands and could trust him to help me. Walser offered me a very fair price for the trade-in on my Civic too. Everything about my experience from beginning to end was flawless. We just purchased a 2010 Honda Odyssey about 2 weeks ago. I had not purchased a car for over 10 years so I was very nervous about dealing with potential high pressure sales people. We worked with Erik Eliason and Bill Shultheis at the Burnsville store and have only top reviews for both of them. They told us up front that they did not work on a commission basis which makes such a difference when you are making a big purchase. We felt they treated us like family and friends. They went over every detail of the Odyssey and told us what to look for when buying a used vehicle. They instructed us on their website so we could look for the right used Odyssey to come in. They would call us when one of those vans arrived. It took us about a month for the right van to arrive, because we had been educated and knew what we wanted. This was our family's first Honda purchase but we love driving and riding in our Odyssey. We knew Honda had a great track record. I would recommend Walser Honda in Burnsville in a heart beat, and I could have not asked for greater service than I got from Erik and Bill. If I stopped by on a day when they were not working, the other staff were so helpful and answered all our questions. It is so fun to have a newer car, and I cannot thank Bill and Erik enough for the wonderful experience. You are the best. Thank you again so much.
