Walser Honda exceeded my expectations with their outstanding customer service and professionalism. I could not have asked to work with a better sales rep than Jesse Rimpala. Jesse was honest, kind and extremely patient with me. He listened to my needs and helped me find the perfect car for me. He made sure I checked out all of the possibilities that were available so I was confident with the decision I was making. He did a great job of making sure I understood everything too without making me feel pressured and I really appreciated that. Walser offered me a very fair price for my trade-in too. Everything about my experience from beginning to end was flawless. The next time I am in need of purchasing a car I will definitely ask for Jesse and I won't purchase from anyone else but Walser Honda...guaranteed! Life Time Oil Changes? Not Really... 2/22/2012

I have been bringing in my vehicle for quite some time to Burnsville Honda for all maintanence needs. I got the life time oil change, but they decided to stab me in the back and cancel them. If you don't bring it in every 3k miles, they will refuse to let you do that. They accused me of going elsewhere and I never did. All I ever did was do some oil changes at home. My revenge will be to inform the public and never use them again. I was just going to buy a new car there next month. They lost me for life with their life time oil change scam. more

An Outstanding Salesman and Dealership 12/5/2011

My wife and I knew we wanted a CRV and knew the type of deal we wanted. We were promptly greeted and Adam Janecke, our salesman who took great care of us. While we test drove the vehicle, he answered all of our questions and pointed out the key features of the vehicle. Adam walked us through the purchase procedures insuring all of our questions were answered to our satisfaction. All of the personnel at Walser Honda made us feel that we were the most important customers in the showroom that day. We walked into the dealership to see if a deal might be possible and we left with a new CRV. I highly recommend Walser Honda and Adam Janecke to anyone looking for a great vehicle. more

Terrible Post-sale Service 8/23/2011

My wife and I purchased a used Acura RDX with ""assistance"" from Larry Flaa. After agreeing to the purchase and getting the car home, we discovered that the car came with no floor mats, one key (we had to have key made and be reimbursed later), no owners manual and previously agreed upon cosmetic corrections could not be fixed. Larry's favorite phrase quickly became ""nothing could be done."" We contacted Larry's manager, Dan Relsch, who promised to make the situation right with a replacement mats and an owner's manual. Dan promised a followup call within two days, but he never called back despite our leaving multiple messages (we are still waiting for his call). Finally, three weeks and many phone calls later, Larry informed us that our ""RDX floor mats"" and owner's manual were available. We got the mats home and, sure enough, the mats were for a CRV and didn't fit our car. It was yet another act of either complete incompetence, willful dishonesty or most likely, both. We finally spoke with a senior manager, who claims to have order the correct mats...we shall see. What a tremendous hassle and irritation! If you wish to be deal with a cheap, incompetent and/or dishonest dealer who is happy to take your money and then disappear, go to Wasler Honda. Otherwise take your money and run. more

Great Service. Great Value. Never been let down 4/27/2011

I recently purchased a used 2008 Honda Accord from Walser Honda in Burnsville. This was my fourth Honda bought from this location, two since it became a Walser dealership. My wife and I have owned seven or more Honda vehicles, and two of my siblings families drive them now too. Roger Malley helped me with my most recent purchase. He was honest and straight forward when I was looking to get into an Accord, as my family was outgrowing my '07 Civic. My wife already drives a Pilot. I wanted to purchase an Accord right away, but he helped me decide to wait because he knew I really wanted a silver car with black interior. The cleanest car that was in my price, mileage and year range was gray. After convincing me to wait a couple of weeks, as their inventory moves quickly, I ended up going from looking at a '08 LX P (Premium) to purchasing an '08 EXL for only $450 more! Crazy as it seems, it looked just like the one I cut out of the catalog and pinned on my wall a month before this happened. I have had all of my service work done at Walser Honda, so I earned extra money off the purchase price with my Walser Rewards Points. Kirby and the other friendly people in the service department are always dependable to be right there when I pull in for service. The cookies, coffee, tv and several free to use computers with internet are there for you when waiting for your car to be serviced. It's a lot warmer and comfortable than when I used to get my oil changes at Jiffy Lube. Plus they wash your car! I have enjoyed the free weekly car wash with my Walser Rewards also. If I had to do it all over again, I know I would find the best prices at Walser Honda. I verified it several times when searching on carsoup and cars. Roger Malley took care of my purchase and I know I can count on Kirby and the service staff to keep my dream car going for the years ahead. more

Roger Malley best ever salesmen 3/7/2011

My wife wanted to buy a Honda CRV. She contacted Roger who knew what she wanted and called her when here dream car came in. A gently used white CRV in mint condition. We looked at it, drove it and bought, all over and done with a few painless hour. Roger and his staff were the most cordail "" real "" people we have ever dealt with buying a car. I believe she even sent Roger a thankyou card. That is my kind of car shopping . Thanks Roger. more

Service Repair 6/15/2010

I bought my Honda from this location and the particular salesman I had was just fine. The problem I had is with the service department. I brought my car in for a small oil leak (very minor). The same day they fixed it and said I could pick it up in the evening, which I did however the next day the oil leak was much worse (a large oil spot on my driveway). I had to bring it back in to have them fix it. Although it was fixed the second time I then noticed that the portable navigation system I bought and stored in the center consul was gone along with my ipod charger. No one other than my partner and I used the car and it had been there when we dropped it off earlier. When we called the dealership about this they said that no one employed with them would do that. That was all the help we got from them. I would never go to this location again, nor would i recommend the service department to anyone.
