My wife and I purchased a used Acura RDX with ""assistance"" from Larry Flaa. After agreeing to the purchase and getting the car home, we discovered that the car came with no floor mats, one key (we had to have key made and be reimbursed later), no owners manual and previously agreed upon cosmetic corrections could not be fixed. Larry's favorite phrase quickly became ""nothing could be done."" We contacted Larry's manager, Dan Relsch, who promised to make the situation right with a replacement mats and an owner's manual. Dan promised a followup call within two days, but he never called back despite our leaving multiple messages (we are still waiting for his call). Finally, three weeks and many phone calls later, Larry informed us that our ""RDX floor mats"" and owner's manual were available. We got the mats home and, sure enough, the mats were for a CRV and didn't fit our car. It was yet another act of either complete incompetence, willful dishonesty or most likely, both. We finally spoke with a senior manager, who claims to have order the correct mats...we shall see. What a tremendous hassle and irritation! If you wish to be deal with a cheap, incompetent and/or dishonest dealer who is happy to take your money and then disappear, go to Wasler Honda. Otherwise take your money and run.
