I've purchased 2 cars from Walser Honda in the last 5 years and I can honestly say both experiences were by far the best. I had a tremendous amount of anxiety over trading in my Honda Civic for a different one this last time both for personal reasons and because this was the first of three cars I have had to purchase all by myself. I had the opportunity to work with Jesse Rimpala and he was the greatest! Jesse was professional, honest, kind and extremely patient with me. I could not have asked to work with a better sales rep than Jesse. He listened to my needs and helped me find the perfect car for me. He made sure I had checked out all of the possibilities that were available so I felt confident I was making the right decision for myself. I never once felt any pressure. I think one of the great parts about my experience is that Jesse helped me to feel at ease right from the beginning so I knew I was in good hands and could trust him to help me. Walser offered me a very fair price for the trade-in on my Civic too. Everything about my experience from beginning to end was flawless. The next time I am in need of purchasing a car I will definitely ask for Jesse and I won't purchase from anyone else but Walser Honda...guaranteed!
