We just bought our car from Brandon Plotz at Walser Honda in Burnsville. He was such a wonderful young man. He knew so much about all of the cars and made our buying experience easy for us. I recently bought my CRV from Brian Collins at Walser Honda. We came in indecisitive and Brian made the experience very easy! He took a lot of time to answer all of our questions. We will be back and have given his card to a few friends. A+ more

buying a used car 9/20/2012

My husband and I recently had a great experience while looking for a good used car. We went to Walser-Honda Burnsville where we met Cheryl Friendt. She was a joy to work with. She surprised me at how knowledgeable she was about all the different kinds of used cars. I have seen Walser adds featuring their salesmen and I think Ms. Friendt would be a great candidate for them to use. It made the experience of purchasing a great used car very enjoyable. more

Excellent Sales Staff at Walser Honda 9/20/2012

I was very impressed by the professionalism and knowledge on display at Walser Honda. My husband and I purchased an Odyssey van from Dave Casebolt in their used car dept, and could not be happier with our experience. Walser's one price policy is a fair way to do business and Dave and the entire used car staff made the whole process a pleasure. We will definitely be back when we replace my husband's truck. I was so impressed by the professionalism of Jesse Rimpila. He went out of his way to find me the best car for my needs. He has a great personality and wonderful business sense. Great Customer Service 9/17/2012

I stopped in on my way home from work to get some information on 2012 Odyssey. I worked with Nick and even though I am not planning on purchasing for about 6 months he still took the time to get me the information I needed. He was very knowledgeable and not pushy. I will definitely being calling Nick when I am closer to buying!!! more

Great experience with Great salesman 9/15/2012

First dealership I shopped at, no need to look furthermore. I was greeted right away being my first time buying a hard, they answered all of the questions I needed to know. Honest and liable. They have proof in their words and put their money where their mouth is. I'm extremely please with how quick we got things done and pleased with my purchase. All thanks to Bill and Joe for their wonderful salesmen ship and explanations for what, why, and how. They know their job well and do it well. I will definitely come back with my next purchase. Great business, great sales people 9/12/2012

I used to work for Walser Honda for over a year and I really think they have adopted an awesome business principle of zero negotiation. Truly many of the customers that bought a Honda from me regularly told me they enjoyed the removal of the normal hassle and pain that comes from stepping foot in a car dealership. Those customers bought from Walser Honda because they enjoyed the people that worked there, how they were treated, how they were upfront about how they did business, and the experienced sales people who were genuinely interested in helping them into their next vehicle. Even though I have moved on from the company I would recommend anyone who wants a enjoyable and care free car buying experience to check out Walser. I would greatly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Nick Heuer or Ryan Boenhe. They actually care about their customers, they are upfront with every step of the process, and will do their utmost to earn their customers trust and business. more

Sales experience 9/11/2012

Our experience with Walser Honda was outstanding. Dan Ganzer, although only with Walser about a month was very knowledgeable, courteous and represented the dealership in a very professional manner. He was prompt and thorough in answering all our questions. On the day we picked up the car Dan was on a test drive so another salesman (Ryan Boehne) took the time to explain all the options on the car . They make a great team at Walser. I would go back there in a heartbeat! more

I was able to afford much nicer car 9/9/2012

I was told by other dealers that they couldnt get me in to a late model import in my payment range but Bill Shultheis got me in to the Sonata and I love it more

Excellent service and an excellent car! 9/3/2012

My husband and I went to Walser Honda to purchase a used Honda CR-V. We were fortunate to be helped by Lou Sweep. Lou was both professional and personable, guiding us through the process of purchasing our vehicle and making it a smooth and enjoyable experience. Lou was very knowledgable and thorough, making sure we knew all the details about the vehicle we were purchasing and answering all our questions. And hats off to Lou who was also very patient with our active children during the process! I would highly recommend Walser Honda, and especially Lou Sweep. We are very happy with our Honda CR-V. Best Car Buying Experience 8/27/2012

I bought a used car a couple of months ago and have had zero problems. My salesman, Jesse, listened to what I wanted both in features and in price, and helped me narrow down my choices. He gave me time to browse at my own pace, and was patient with me when I asked to see cars on the other lots (he both showed me on his computer and then drove me over to the ones I was interested in). He was really helpful in answering my questions and he never stopped smiling. When I decided on a 2009 Honda Civic he ran the paperwork quickly, and discussed extras clearly and without pressure (warranty, floor mats, a spare key). I traded in my Nissan Altima the same day and have been loving my 'new' car since with no surprises and no regrets! Thanks Jesse! more
