Quoted me 3 months and $12,000 for repairs to a damaged wire harness, but it took them 9 months! When I got my car back, the seat was torn and the bumper was cracked and scratche...

Everyone was very nice and super helpful...plus they serviced my car quicker than anticipated. I would definitely advise people to go to Chapman with service issues. Plus, the sales staff is great...Never any complaints with either department. I would rate them a 5/5. more

My service experience at Chapman VW in Tucson exceeded my expectations. I was treated courteously and professionally from the moment I walked in until I left. The waiting area was clean, comfortable and inviting. What a remarkable contrast to the dealership of my previous vehicle! Ed explained what servicing had been done to my car and assured me that this maintenance was free. He also explained when the next maintenace was due, what it would entail and about how long the service would take--this is very helpful in planning my next visit. And Nick (who did the service work) even washed and vacuumed my car! What a pleasant experience all the way around! more

My TDI Jetta 2001 was new when I started coming to this service center and I've known Scott and numerouse others who are no longer there. So I was happy to find a familiar face again. A person who doesn't get side-tracked and is thorough and responsive. So I like coming there, except for when I get an expensive service. I've gone to others in the past, but I know when I come there for the ""Big"" problems, there is no problem after it's been fixed. That is my greatest appreciation. more

Sammie was very helpful and knowledgeable for my warranty issues. And the fact that I have just moved to Arizona from North Carolina she told me to make sure and change my oil a little more often than I was told to do so in North Carolina because of the climate and dirtiness of Arizona. Every 5,000 rather than 10,000. She kept me updated on the progress and we decided so I wouldn't have to wait an additional three hours for the ignition issue to be fixed to make another appointment for Tuesday. Totally satisfied. more

This time I'm working with Len Luskin and he is AMAZING! Returns emails and calls within minutes, great product knowledge - even owns a VW himself (which means he believes is what he is selling!), and he is all about taking care of the customer. It was a great experience. I got all my questions answered, I was called back quickly, and once I can in the dealership to finalize and drive my car homw there were no problems with that process. Plus they had the best price out of all the dealerships I called and offered the best deal. more

Sammie is an amazing employee. She is very friendly, extremely helpful and overall an asset to your company. I have never had a bad experience with her and will continue to come back because of her alone. I have avoided service at dealerships in the past because of the service they give but will continue to bring my vehicle there as well as consider this dealership when I decide to trade in. I called about an issue and she got in for an appointment when it was convenient for me and the work that was done was perfect. more

I have been dealing with this dealership since moving to AZ in 2003. I have always been treated well, and I especially enjoy having Sammy as mu service advisor. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional in her dealings with me. She makes driving 75 miles to the dealership worthwhile. Go Sammy!! more

Working with Richard and Matt (my Service Tech) was a great experience. They have done work for me in the past and helped me out with a difficult situation involving some faulty work done by another company on my car. Because of their hard work and dedication I was able to get reimbursed for almost the entire amount of the work they had to do originally to ""un-fix"" the work that was done by someone else. more
