My TDI Jetta 2001 was new when I started coming to this service center and I've known Scott and numerouse others who are no longer there. So I was happy to find a familiar face again. A person who doesn't get side-tracked and is thorough and responsive. So I like coming there, except for when I get an expensive service. I've gone to others in the past, but I know when I come there for the ""Big"" problems, there is no problem after it's been fixed. That is my greatest appreciation.
