I appreciate your shuttle service and have used it in the past, but on 12/9/13 on used the shuttle to have 4 tires put on etc.. I was told the shuttle would pick me up by 4 P.M. At 3:05 P.M. I received a call that my car was ready and I said I needed the shuttle. An hour later and no shuttle, I called for the shuttle again 4-5 times. Finally at 5:45 P.M. I was able to get a ride to the VA Tire from a relative. I arrived at 6 P.M. and when service heard my name, they said the shuttle had just left to pick me up (3 hours later). If your hard line phones weren't working - how about a cell phone call???? Overall tire service was good, but shuttle disappointment!!
