Review content:
I am a very picky and difficult customer because I have been in the repair business in another life as a technician and an owner. They make a few mistakes but they own up to them and correct quickly. They have enough folks working to keep things moving both in the front and the back which is a plus. I have used them for a couple of years now with all three of my Toyota Avalon, Tundra and Corolla. I inspect all their work carefully and except for some small nits they do very well overall. Best shop in this area in my opinion but I haven't tried them all just a few. Always very quickly responsive when I do have a concern or issue regardless if I contact by phone, in person or email they are quick to respond. Prices are fair also event though I complain about them. I am like most folks, I don't charge enough and everyone else charges too much :-).
