Stopped in late one evening with battery issues. They were able to a battery replace and oil change service before they closed. Always a good experience. Employees are always helpful at explaining options. more

Honest autoshop 1/28/2014

Will go out of their way to ensure your repair or service considers the customer. They could have passed on a very large repair bill to me but called the car dealer to inquire about warranty options. You just don't find many repair shops that will do this. more

Service 1/25/2014

Brought my car in for a safety inspection. It was completed within 15 minutes. I realized that my air filter needed changed, and the guys took the car back and replaced it. The weather is very cold. The guy brought my car to the front so me and my girls didn't have to brave the cold. Service was friendly and, efficient. I will continue to bring my business to your shop. Thank you! more

Reliable service 1/24/2014

As is usually the case, VA Tire and Auto was fast and efficient with my oil change, tire rotation and new battery. They were thorough with their explanation for other maintenance items that might be needed in the future, but did not pressure me. Most of the items they identified were legitimate issues that do need to be addressed for my aging car...except for maybe the fuel induction recommendation which is generally not needed. Prices aren't the cheapest for sure, but I'm willing to pay a little more for the quality service I get there. more

Excellent Customer Service 1/15/2014

I was here for an oil change/inspection, as I received a free coupon in the mail. The gentleman at the front desk was great - super helpful, friendly, and informative. After my car was finished, apparently they forgot to do my inspection. The gentleman promptly let an employee know and they got it done very quickly. I also enjoyed the complimentary beverages and loved the water bottle left in my car (little things like that make all the difference). more
