From check in to pick up the entire operation was efficient, friendly and professional. I want to commend Auto Technologist Robert Jin. From the moment he drove my vehicle into the work bay he was extremely focused on completing all services required. His attention to detail was extraordinary. The quality of his work was exemplary. Great Customer Service 10/2/2013

Husband car wasn't starting, when there to get the cost for replacement battery. Price was great w/5 year warranty. Rep offered us the use of a battery charger to get car started (car was at the house). We accepted & returned to get the battery installed by them. more

Need Improvement 9/27/2013

Normally I have a good experience this time not so much. Short of the delays 1.5 hours to do an oil change with an appointment and the scratches I found on driver side door next time Im not gonna take the new guy to perform an oil change. He couldnt even find the oil I left in the back seat which is where I told them I left it. more
