Pretty good service 11/14/2013

I was a bit annoyed to pay $20 for a tire rotation with my oil change, since I was told that my last rotation was about a year ago. I thought it had been done more recently, but I didn't have my records with me. Later I found my records where I saw it had been done just 3 months prior - and it turns out that information was also in the store's records as well, but the employee had missed it. I guess my fault for not having my records with me when I dropped my car off, but still... more

State Inspection, oil change and tire rotation 11/9/2013

All 3 in just about an hour, and the price was right. Have waited 3 hrs at the dealership for the same amount of work. If you like green and white (their new colours) then they have you covered for that too. more

waited 45 minutes for info on car inspection 11/9/2013

Very disappointed with the service I received. I always bring my cars to VA Tire & Auto for my car's Safety & Emissions test. This time I waited over 45 minutes for my car, just to then have them tell my that my car "failed" the inspections. Then they wouldn't discuss the reasons it failed just wanted to email me an estimate. The estimate is for $1200.00!! I was quite shocked, honestly I'm not sure I will take my cars back to VA Tire & Auto. more
