Needed annual inspection and emissions testing, and also decided to have the oil changed on one of my vehicles. After the inspection and emissions testing I was told the oil was clean and did not need to be changed at this time. A pleasant surprise to be advised about not needing to have additional work done. Service was faster than expected. Only disappointment was the loaner car that was promised was not available but they were willing to drive me down the road to Hertz and pick up the tab for a loaner there which was great. more

I like giving VA Tire & Auto my oil change and inspectin business for a few reasons. I know they will do a good job without feeling like I'm being taken advantage of. They make an effort to address you by name and call promptly when your car is finished. Finally, it's the little things that count and I appreciate that they vacuum my car floors and leave me a bottle of water in the car. more

I went in for my State & Emissions Testing yesterday. I was prepared to wait since it was after work hours. Yet completely to my surprise, I was in/out in 30 minutes!! This was fantastic and I'd refer anyone to go here to get their vehicle serviced. more

Had my timing belt changed out. Service was great; job was done well with no issues and faster than estimated. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the price isn't inexpensive especially for parts, but it's a trade-off I was willing to make to ensure good service. more

Outstanding Service ! I bought 2 Fuzion tires and got an alignment for a 94 BMW through Daniel Fletcher and it was a basic transaction. I also had bought Struts a few days earlier from Meineke. When I reached 62 mph while driving, the steering wheel vibrated and the car started to shake. I went back to Meineke to check the Struts and they said they were fine but I should go back to VA Tire and hv them do a "high speed alignment". Never heard of this but didn't want to seem dumb so I went back to Dan and told him that Meineke said you should hv done a "high speed alignment". I guess Dan didn't want to seem dumb either because all he said was he'd hv his guy check it out and this is where the outstanding service comes. He checked it out and determined that my older tires were the problem. Not only did he rotate them to the back, he redid the alignment. I bought this car in 2008 and this is the smoothest it has driven. No charge, outstanding customer service and knowledgeable personnel ! This is what I experienced when I went to VA Tires. And, the Tech had not heard of a "high speed alignment" either. Guess the low speed alignment I got will have to do :) more

I went in for an oil change - which was done just fine. However, I was told I should consider new tires because the tire treads were starting to show wear. The tires are absolutely fine, 9 months old and purchased new at Costco. The car is driven less than 5 miles a day. The suggestion that I should consider new tires was a total upsell attempt. I doubt I'll be back. more
