I like giving VA Tire & Auto my oil change and inspectin business for a few reasons. I know they will do a good job without feeling like I'm being taken advantage of. They make an effort to address you by name and call promptly when your car is finished. Finally, it's the little things that count and I appreciate that they vacuum my car floors and leave me a bottle of water in the car.
