In-and-out and no charge! 1/25/2014

Thursday when leaving work and facing single digit temperatures, my "coolant low" light came on. I stopped by the Ashburn location and asked if they could check me out - they warned me that they might find a leak and, if so, it would take more work - but they checked it, topped it off, and had my car back to me in less than 15 minutes - and with no charge. That's why I will always go back there for my periodic checks and major repairs. Thanks! more

I have serviced cars at Virginia Tire and Auto several times over the past few years, and have always been impressed with the fast, courteous service. Waiting room is very comfortable and free coffee is nice. more

This has been my go-to place for over seven years. The extra-mile oil change is not a gimmick, they really do check all those things and make recommendations based on their findings. If you really care about your car then you'd want to make sure it's maintained well. These guys know cars and they really care about making sure they check everything to ensure the safety and dependability of the car. Best of all ... they're honest. more

I came in late on Sunday after finding out I had a nail in my side wall of my tire. Having an all wheel drive and tire protection it was suggested I replace all my tires that had 1/2 their tread life. I bucked up and said ok and on the ticket it said pick up on Mon. So not hearing anything I call at 4:30 when I was promised 4pm next day and was told that you all made a mistake and my car would get serviced at 445pm the next day and my ticket said 4pm. I have spent a lot of money with 2 cars and expect delivery when buying all new tires. The lady said there was no mention from who I talked to, but after reviewing the ticket it said 4pm. Why did I have to call and wait because of your lack of communication? I use to love going there to get service, but now I am just a number after probably spending over $10K in the last couple of years? I am very disappointed and have your tickets to proof that! more

Great staff 1/14/2014

Chris, David Clements, and the gentlemen who greets you as you walk into the facility (sorry I forgot his name) provided great service. Very friendly and efficient. David even provided activity pages for my daughter while we waited. Not to leave out the technicians who are doing the maintenance on the car, although I don't know names, I will definitely be taking my car back here for service. more

Investigating source of problem 1/12/2014

The car has apparently a leak in one of the tires. My wife came to you earlier and someone put air in the tire no-one investigated the problem She is a college student 2-Hrs away and I am some what concerned. more
