Great service in diagnosing the problem. Had shuttle service home but shortly thereafter had to request return pickup due to necessity to immediately use the car. more

Solid team 3/11/2014

The overall team is solid and the service is great. The only compliant I have is that the counter person did not speak very good english and had a bit of trouble communicating with me. It could be my southern drawl, but he should speak fluent english as well. more

We came to VTA not knowing what to expect--- I was late for my emissions and hoping you would also do an oil change if time permitted. We met Trish and all was right with the world. She communicated with us and others about the status and the intake process. As we waited in line the info she provided made the wait bearable and the process went smoothly. When we came back after a few hours everything wasas she said. Trish is a Customer Service Queen who is the reason I will be coming back to VTA for ALL my service needs! more
