We use Vigilante for maintenance of our boiler. They're a large company, and can send someone quickly in an emergency (pipe burst, etc.). But, you pay a lot for that service. F...

Very Professional and Customer Conscious Service 4/30/2017

I own a bunch of properties and have never used them before. It is so hard to find good service these days from contractors. I took a chance on them and I was pleased. Immediately signed up for a service maintenance plan and wish they did commercial work. But I will definitely be using them on my residential properties moving forward! more

Consistently do great work. 4/29/2017

I've used Vigilante several times on various plumbing problems. Everything from boiler & hot water heater install to clogged waste lines. Experienced plumbers will arrive on short notice, including weekends, arrive with all parts needed and do a great job. You can probably find someone a little cheaper ... but if you want it done fast and done right, these are my go to guys. more

The visit was to check a slight problem that occured infrequently. I was given several options and estimates. As it turns out, the problem worked itself out and I don't Vigilante's services at this time. more

The plumbers came to investigate the problem. Everything seemed to be OK. If I needed work done, I was given estimates for several options. I found them to be highly professional and knowledgeable. Turns out I may not need any work done, at least for now. more

GREAT JOB 4/19/2017

The crew from Vigilante Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning were hired to do an extensive job for us. We had a leak in our underground water pipes. They removed the underground water lines and installed them overhead. They had to come here twice to get the job done. The price was fair for all the work that was done. They did a great job and we have recommended them to many people. more

Great Experience 4/18/2017

The serviceman who helped install a hot water heater for me arrived on time, and he was very polite and friendly to me. As the serviceman installed the hot water heater, he made sure to keep the area he worked on neat and tidy, which I really appreciated. Overall, I found them a pleasure to work with, and I will use their services again on future maintenance that I might need. more

Great service, excellent work! 4/7/2017

I recently went to Vigilante Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning when I was having some issues with my air conditioning unit, and was quite pleased with how my experience with them went. The workers that came out were very friendly an professional while they were here, and did an excellent job with the repairs. Since the work was done we have not had any more issues with the air conditioner. I would definitely use their services again when needed, and I highly recommend them. more

I've been using Vigilante Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning for a while now and everything has been good. The last time they came out was to repair my boiler. The price for fixing the boiler was reasonable. I have found the employees to be friendly and respectful. They're nice people. more

Great Customer Service; Courteous, Respectful, and Knowledgeable 3/3/2017

We had a boiler that had an issue and we called Vigilante Plumbing Heating and Air to take a look at it. I really liked that they were able to finally get it fixed. Their workers were extremely courteous and respectful of our house. They generally have great customer service and the people they sent out were super knowledgeable. We have a high efficiency boiler and not everyone knows how to work with those.The only issue was that it took them several times to get it right. At first they thought it was an issue with one sensor, but we still had issues and they found a second sensor with issues. I'm not a plumber, but I thought they could have maybe done a full evaluation to figure it out the first time. more

Great! 3/1/2017

I would recommend Vigilante Plumbing to other people. We get monthly sprinkler inspections, it's fairly routine. That's the last thing they did for us. It's a thirty minute reaction, they're always respectful. Vigilante has been with us close to forty years, we've remained loyal to their business. more
