So, they seem great (if a little cheesy) over the phone-- ""Vigilante, how can we make YOU smile today?"" A plumber shows up an hour later and he, too, seems totally friendly and with it. He promises to go back to the office, price out the job, and email you an estimate that afternoon. Not only does it not happen that afternoon, but it doesn't happen for eight more afternoons, despite repeated calls. On the eighth day, the service manager starts making promises that he doesn't keep either. On the ninth day you threaten to stop payment on your check if the estimate is not in your in box within an hour. You hang up knowing that even if that estimate shows up, you will never, in a million years, let anyone from this company waste your time again.
Pros: SEEM on the ball over the phone and at first consultation.
Cons: The pro is actually a con.
