Vesta Dipping Grill consistently ranks in the top 10 for Denver restaurants. Unfortunately, when I visited Vesta, it did not live up to its reputation. While the food is good, I would expect a meal for that price to be of a higher caliber. If the entire concept of the restaurant lies with the dipping sauces, majority of them should be irresistibly good. This was not the case; as I've said, the food was just okay. I could have found a more savory sauce in a bottle of hoisin from the local grocery store. To top it off, our service was hasty at best, the restaurant was excruciatingly loud, and we were stuck at a smallish table in the middle of a walkway (perhaps the price you pay for looking young?). For the price, I would expect attentive service, a more intimate atmosphere, and needless to say, exceptional food.
Pros: Interesting Menu, Trendy Atmosphere
Cons: , Hasty Service, Crowded Seating
