First of all, the place was cold. The service was okay. I was really surprised that they had a list of 20+ sauces but no one mentioned anything to us about picking sauces. However, I don't know how they could have been enjoyed. Our food (three pepper flank steak and the shrimp and noodle bowl) were so spicy that it was not enjoyable at times. The flank steak was very chewy. I know it's flank steak, but at $30 I'm expecting a dining experience. We decided to skip dessert because who knows how they would try to make dessert flavors complex. Went to dBar instead.
Bottom line, way over priced, too spicy, food flavors too complex for the added dipping sauce, like eating in a meat locker.
Wasn't too impressed with their sister restaurant, Steuben's, either.
