I have had my Hyundai Azera since Dec. 2007. Although I have had more mechanical problems than any other car I have owned, the service staff at Hyundai has always listened to my concerns and addressed them. Everything besides normal non-warrantied service has been covered. We purchased a Zurich extended warranty and the three problems I experienced after my factory warranty ran out was 100% taken care of by Zurich. This tells me that Van Horn wants a reliable extended insurance plan for its customers if you wish to purchase one. Brian and Scott are absolutely the best service managers I have ever dealt with. I hope Van Horn pays them well!!
