Great Salon! 6/25/2009

I went to Untangled Salon for the first time last week and saw Cheri. I felt extremely comfortable and felt like she listened to every detail! Even though i just went in for a haircut i left with an amazing cut and an awesome color! i recommend you go see her asap! Pros: great stylist great hair! more

GREAT HAIR...GREAT STAFF...GREAT ATMOSPHERE 6/22/2009

I have only been into the salon a few times, but every time I have I have been treated with nothing but total and complete respect. The stylists are ALL very talented. The way it works is EVERYTHING about all your haircuts/colors is written down...this way they know what they did last time, and if you need to be squeezed in, just about any of the stylists can replicate it. I've never been to such a "sharing" salon. It makes the atmosphere a lot more light-hearted and fun! The girls are WONDERFUL and the owner has been able to help me transform my horribly damaged hair (from another salon) into EXACTLY what I want!! :-D Love the fact that I can walk in and be completely comfortable detailing exactly what I want done with my hair and that it can be something different every time :) Pros: Variety of Products and Services; Friendly Staff; ORGANIZED more

Ruined Wedding Day! 5/27/2009

I can't imagine how someone in the service industry can be SO unreliable, rude, and unorganized. Our wedding party had appointments scheduled months in advance. Not only did the stylists not show up for the big day, but have subsequently offered no explanation and accepted no responsibility for this obviously huge mistake. They may do a great job when they show up, but I place no trust in this business. I don't support businesses like this and urge you to do the same. Pros: Absolutely None Cons: Untrustworthy more

This salon may do a great job at styling people's hair, but I would never know, since they stood me and my 6 bridesmaids up on my wedding day. After I made the appointments, I called back a few months later to confirm and they weren't even in the book. I should've just stopped there, but I stupidly made the appointments again. I called a few days before my wedding to confirm again, and they had the appointments listed. However, when we showed up, the salon was closed, and no stylists ever showed up. We called the salon number, but I guess because nobody was even in there that didn't do any good. So, we drove around Cornelius attempting to find an open salon to do our hair. It actually worked out well, because we found a great salon. We will all now tell everyone to go there instead of Untangled. What a horrible, inexcusable experience. hair extension/cut 4/14/2009

I brought in my daughter to get some blue hair extensions. She came in to see Lori and she also got a hair cut and a deep conditioning. She really loved the fact that her hair felt really soft and shiny. She also loves her blue extensions which didn't take very much time. Her hair has very tight curls in it and they were able to flat iron it without any problems. She really enjoyed her visit with Lori and Jacque. I'm glad that I brought her in because with her hair texture it's difficult to find someone who can handle her hair. The girls were very sweet and friendly. Thanks for all the love!! Pros: very friendly environment Cons: nothing more

Untangled has super sweet customer service which is appreciated in this industry. They have cut my daughters' hair and we've been able to get in and out rather quickly without much wait at all. They are a step above in this area for sure! more

Singing Kati's Praises 10/12/2008

After many disasterous attempts to find a reliable and knowledgeable stylist I found Kati. Not only did she do an amazing full foil of highlights and lowlights she cut my hair to a style that suits me. Kati was very percise with the color and application and she was very helpful with suggestions. The staff and clients were personable and the environment over all was very warming. After five years ( yes five! ) I have finally found a stylist I trust! My family cannot stop looking at my hair and complimenting how natural the color looks. I would recommend Kati to anyone and everyone! She is personable and takes pride is what she does. Untangled is not a "strictly business" salon. The staff are genuinely concerned with how comfortable you are from the time you sit down and how confident you feel when you leave. You are not just another head of hair.....you are a client. I told her what i wanted and she took her time and worked out a color and style that kicks butt!! Thank you Kasey! I feel like a "new me", and I sincerely had such a great experience that Untangled has earned a client for life. Had a cup of coffee and a great time. Freindly and sweet and did a great job. Amazing product lines and the latest in hair extensions that look completely fabulous! I love the new interior! definately worth the drive from Mooresville, cant wait to get my hair done again!! Pros: walk-ins welcome and lots of great stylists Cons: not open sunday....yet more
