This salon may do a great job at styling people's hair, but I would never know, since they stood me and my 6 bridesmaids up on my wedding day. After I made the appointments, I called back a few months later to confirm and they weren't even in the book. I should've just stopped there, but I stupidly made the appointments again. I called a few days before my wedding to confirm again, and they had the appointments listed. However, when we showed up, the salon was closed, and no stylists ever showed up. We called the salon number, but I guess because nobody was even in there that didn't do any good. So, we drove around Cornelius attempting to find an open salon to do our hair. It actually worked out well, because we found a great salon. We will all now tell everyone to go there instead of Untangled. What a horrible, inexcusable experience.
