I have only been into the salon a few times, but every time I have I have been treated with nothing but total and complete respect. The stylists are ALL very talented. The way it works is EVERYTHING about all your haircuts/colors is written down...this way they know what they did last time, and if you need to be squeezed in, just about any of the stylists can replicate it. I've never been to such a "sharing" salon. It makes the atmosphere a lot more light-hearted and fun! The girls are WONDERFUL and the owner has been able to help me transform my horribly damaged hair (from another salon) into EXACTLY what I want!! :-D Love the fact that I can walk in and be completely comfortable detailing exactly what I want done with my hair and that it can be something different every time :)
