I can't imagine how someone in the service industry can be SO unreliable, rude, and unorganized. Our wedding party had appointments scheduled months in advance. Not only did the stylists not show up for the big day, but have subsequently offered no explanation and accepted no responsibility for this obviously huge mistake. They may do a great job when they show up, but I place no trust in this business. I don't support businesses like this and urge you to do the same.
