Untangled Salon

I was in desperate need for a new haircut and style. I always had the same hair cut, wore my hair in a ponytail, and had dull brown hair. I told the sylist, KARA to cut it short, chose a style that she felt worked for me, and I told her I wanted some red and blonde highlights. She not only gave me an amazing haircut, she styled it so it was easy for me to do, and she picked beautiful colors. I constantly get compliments from friends, family, and even perfect strangers. Untangled has a great atmosphere and everyone is very friendly. I would recommend this salon to anyone. more

I have started going to Di Anna after having a horrible haircut and color at another local salon. She worked magic on my hair and it has never looked better. I would recommend her in a heartbeat. more

Have tried almost every salon in the area and no one got it right. Until I went to Untangled and was lucky enough to get an appointment with Di Anna. She actually listened to me! I didn't just get a haircut, I got a new style. LOVE IT! Everyone was fun and welcoming, just a wonderful experience overall. Can't wait to go back. more

I would definitely recommend this salon! Go see Kara, she was great!!!! I have tried a couple salons in the area and wasn't very pleased with my outcome. Kara really listened to me and gave me exactly what I was asking for! It was the best color and cut I have had in a long time! I recently moved to the area and was in need of a stylist. I went online and researched my area and found Untangled close by, made an appointment, so glad I did. I enjoyed the open environment and the staff. I felt no pressure and left very pleased with my hair service. I booked follow up appointments and will be recommending them to my friends and family. I went to Untangled Salon and saw Erika. I have very thin and limp hair that usually won't so anything i want it to! Erika took her time and sat down with me and we discussed our options together , She gave me a beautiful dementional color that made my hair look so much thicker and fuller! Towards the end of my first appointment we talked about giving my hair extensions to add more fullness, which is something i have never thought of before! Within two days i had a beautiful hair color and thicker hair that i just absolutely love!!! All of the girls at Untangled Salon were so much fun and i cannot wait to go back!! more

I have been going to Untangled for about 2 years, and they are the only ones I will trust with my hair. I have had everything done from highlights to extensions, and the quality of their services is unsurpassed. I am shocked every time I leave the salon with how awesome I look for such an affordable price. I just love Lori and all of the girls there. They rock! more

I WAS a LOYAL customer until I questioned my recent bill for services provided. I was charged and apparently have been charged in past visits for a deep conditioning treatment that I was not aware I was even getting. I spoke with the owner who informed me that my stylist is now charging more for her services because of her recent training. I agree that all NEW clientele should be charged more for her knowledge but not clientele that have been going there for over a year. As far as the deep conditioning treatment, the owner stated that it is the salons policy for every client to receive a deep conditioning treatment. That is fine, but don't make me pay extra for it if I didn't accept it or ask for it!!! Especially when the stylist does not leave it on long enough to actually do its job. there are too many salons around to be told excuses for wrong doings. Since when is it salon policy to charge you for something you didn't ask for!! Prices definetly don't match up to prices posted on their website!!! more

I started going to Untangled Salon last summer after having a horrible experience at another Salon, who ruined my color and cut my hair with disconnected layers throughout it. I heard about untangled from a friend who highly recommended Lori to me. Ever since I have seen Lori, my hair looks the best it has ever looked and is continuing to get healthier. I have a lot of allergies to certain ingredients within a lot of the products out today, with Lori I do not have to worry about products making me sick because she makes sure I am not allergic before using them. With her advice and cutting my hair off to start over with my hair from the other salon messing it up, I am now on a plan to grow my hair out for Locks of Love. I would recommend Lori or any of the other young ladies in this Salon to my friends and family because they treat you right and take care of you! more

I had my hair colored, highlighted and cut by Ashley at this salon. When I left the color looked great. Ashley did a good job with the cut as well. Unfortunately the color had faded at least 70% within the first week or so. I had some family issues to deal with and my hair was the lat thing on my mind. I called the owner and explained this to her. She proceeded to tell me that I should have called immediately and there was nothing that she coul d do ..although I had spent over $200.00 with my services and products. She actually tried to turn my complaint about the color completely fading to the stylist that had nothing to do with the quality of the product she has choosen to use in her salon. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. I would suggest finding another Salon ... your color may not last and trust me you will not be reimbursed for a service here that did not last. Again .. my stylist was great ... the product and owners attitude not to listen to customers or refund when a service does not last is zero on a scale of 1-10. There are a lot of Salons in this area .. unless you want to waste your money and time ...find a professional Salon with a professional owner. I would also like to add .... after I asked the owner if she was registered with the BBB she seemed to somewhat ... I say this in the very way somewhat means....started to back track although she continued to try to explain that if my hair had a lot of blond then it could take 3 colorings to really take. I explained to her that this information was not given and she continued on about the sylist usually providing this information. It was as if she could not even consider the fact that her product did not work and had the nerve to tell me it was " my prerogative" to go to the BBB. She then started offering pigment correction, and a credit for my next coloring ... yada yada yada. Wonder how long she will last in a town with Salons on every corner ... my guess ..not long. I left a message on Monday and never had a return call .. then had to call again today only waste more of my time and have to deal with an owner that has no clue about customer service. more

I have been there for highlights, a haircut, and numerous brow waxings. Ashley did both the highlights and haircut, and she was fantastic! She listened to what I wanted, but also made some suggestions. Before my hair was dark with no dimension. Now with my subtle highlights it shines! I have had a few people do my eyebrows there and each time I have been very satisfied. All of the staff at Untangled are very friendly and accommodating. It's nice to be able to get in last minute to a place I trust to do my eyebrows. I appreciate the great work that they do, and will not go anywhere else now! more

I have been a customer of Untagnled Salon for almost 16 months. Erica and all of Laurie's staff are so welcoming from the time I walk in the door. Erica has cut my hair and added highlights. Untangled also carries an amazing line of Miche Bags and a great jewelry selection. I always walk out with a perfect hair cut, and usually a bag of items I just couldn't resist. Can't wait until my next appointment more
