I WAS a LOYAL customer until I questioned my recent bill for services provided. I was charged and apparently have been charged in past visits for a deep conditioning treatment that I was not aware I was even getting. I spoke with the owner who informed me that my stylist is now charging more for her services because of her recent training. I agree that all NEW clientele should be charged more for her knowledge but not clientele that have been going there for over a year. As far as the deep conditioning treatment, the owner stated that it is the salons policy for every client to receive a deep conditioning treatment. That is fine, but don't make me pay extra for it if I didn't accept it or ask for it!!! Especially when the stylist does not leave it on long enough to actually do its job. there are too many salons around to be told excuses for wrong doings. Since when is it salon policy to charge you for something you didn't ask for!! Prices definetly don't match up to prices posted on their website!!!
