I had my hair colored, highlighted and cut by Ashley at this salon. When I left the color looked great. Ashley did a good job with the cut as well. Unfortunately the color had faded at least 70% within the first week or so. I had some family issues to deal with and my hair was the lat thing on my mind. I called the owner and explained this to her. She proceeded to tell me that I should have called immediately and there was nothing that she coul d do ..although I had spent over $200.00 with my services and products. She actually tried to turn my complaint about the color completely fading to the stylist that had nothing to do with the quality of the product she has choosen to use in her salon. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. I would suggest finding another Salon ... your color may not last and trust me you will not be reimbursed for a service here that did not last. Again .. my stylist was great ... the product and owners attitude not to listen to customers or refund when a service does not last is zero on a scale of 1-10. There are a lot of Salons in this area .. unless you want to waste your money and time ...find a professional Salon with a professional owner. I would also like to add .... after I asked the owner if she was registered with the BBB she seemed to somewhat ... I say this in the very way somewhat means....started to back track although she continued to try to explain that if my hair had a lot of blond then it could take 3 colorings to really take. I explained to her that this information was not given and she continued on about the sylist usually providing this information. It was as if she could not even consider the fact that her product did not work and had the nerve to tell me it was " my prerogative" to go to the BBB. She then started offering pigment correction, and a credit for my next coloring ... yada yada yada. Wonder how long she will last in a town with Salons on every corner ... my guess ..not long. I left a message on Monday and never had a return call .. then had to call again today only waste more of my time and have to deal with an owner that has no clue about customer service.
