Tuscaloosa Hyundai saved JazzFest! 4/27/2016

As a frequent business traveller, I am wholly reliant on my vehicle to get to BHM every single week. After a worrisome weekend of vehicle issues, in the space of a scant 2.5 hours on a Monday, Tuscaloosa Hyundai's team of rockstars made sure my 2012 Hyundai Sonata was back in tip-top shape, resolving every issue. Not only did they get me out the door in time to make my flight out of BHM that day, my vehicle proved ready for a 4.5 hour trip to New Orleans for JazzFest later that same week. Without Tuscaloosa Hyundai's excellent service department, I would have missed seeing Pearl Jam! As someone who had never had a good service experience from any dealership ever before, my fantastic experience with Tuscaloosa Hyundai throroughly impressed me, and confirmed that I made the absolutely correct choice when choosing to purchase a Hyundai Sonata in 2012. #Customer4Life more

They gave me a loaner car and fixed my car in a reasonable amount of time ( they had to order parts). They were very nice when I interacted with them, but I would have liked them to call and update me about my car as promised. I had to call several times to ask when to expect for it to be finished. more

I am well pleased with the service at Tuscaloosa Hyundai. Service is prompt and done very efficiently. Someone always answers my questions and the people are easy to deal with. I have been dealing with them for over 11 years and have no problems with the service. more

Great Communication 2/19/2016

Overall, the experience was great. They listened and work diligently to identified the issue at hand. The simple request of please 'check my speakers' was overlooked twice, and now the noise is still there but due to the dealership not having a shuttle service it is hard to get back there to have replaced during hours of operation. Kind of disappointed by that, but the main issue was resolved, so I would recommend them just may need to reiterate all of your issues a couple of times. more

Gave me a good deal and then provided excellent service....they really helped me out when I had a problem with the paint on my front bumper. Saved me lots of money!! What more could you ask of a dealership? more
