Overall, the experience was great. They listened and work diligently to identified the issue at hand. The simple request of please 'check my speakers' was overlooked twice, and now the noise is still there but due to the dealership not having a shuttle service it is hard to get back there to have replaced during hours of operation. Kind of disappointed by that, but the main issue was resolved, so I would recommend them just may need to reiterate all of your issues a couple of times.
