The lounge area was comfy and hospitable m. It took almost 2 hours to have a basic oil change though...

Exceptional Service 5/21/2015

Recently we needed service for our Azera after traveling out of town. We were unable to get an appointment to get the issue resolved there, so I called the Tuscaloosa Hyundai Service Dept. Jeremy helped us get the help we needed and then serviced our car upon returning home. That is exceptional service!! more

Jeremy in the sevice department went above & beyond on my last two visits! He deserves a raise!!! Also, my past dealings with John have been excellent! My only recommendation would be to add desperately needed shuttle service to and from work/home!!! more

repair noise in rear deck 4/24/2015

Had a noise in the rear deck behind rear seat when the bass in radio had a deep base song playing, they install a noise dampering kit and it worked, now I have no noise even with the deepist base in any music that I play ...... more

They staff here are all excellent. They always greet you and wait on you quickly. They explain everything that needs to be done. They finish the maintenance quickly and correctly. I highly recommend them. more
