As a frequent business traveller, I am wholly reliant on my vehicle to get to BHM every single week. After a worrisome weekend of vehicle issues, in the space of a scant 2.5 hours on a Monday, Tuscaloosa Hyundai's team of rockstars made sure my 2012 Hyundai Sonata was back in tip-top shape, resolving every issue. Not only did they get me out the door in time to make my flight out of BHM that day, my vehicle proved ready for a 4.5 hour trip to New Orleans for JazzFest later that same week. Without Tuscaloosa Hyundai's excellent service department, I would have missed seeing Pearl Jam! As someone who had never had a good service experience from any dealership ever before, my fantastic experience with Tuscaloosa Hyundai throroughly impressed me, and confirmed that I made the absolutely correct choice when choosing to purchase a Hyundai Sonata in 2012. #Customer4Life
