I can't speak more highly of my experience! The customer service - specifically the smarts, responsiveness, and good humor of Marty Smith and Dan Hovey - turned the trauma of being rear ended into treat! The work on my Audi was superb. Thank you! more

My car was fixed within a reasonable time frame, and when I came back for an unrelated emergency the following week, they couldn't fix the problem but referred me to another excellent facility that resolved the issue, gave me a ride to work, and were reasonably priced as well Great customer service! more

Great experience and service department went out of their way to make sure I was informed of all aspects not just the repair work, i.e. car rental, insurance proceedings. I would not hesitate going back to TM for work in the future. more

Turnpike Motors made my repair so painless I would recommend them to anyone. I dropped my car off got in the rental which they arranged and returned 4 days later and my car was perfectly washed, waxed, and as good as new. Thank you Turnpike Motors more

Work itself fine, process not good 9/5/2013

We were recommended to Turnpike by our insurance company. We dropped it off with the estimated time being 8-10 business days for completion of repairs. We dropped off prior to vacation with the expectation that it would be completed by the time we came back and wouldn't have to get a loaner. Received NO updates the entire time we were gone. Work did not seem to begin until after we returned from vacation. I had to call them to get updates not vice versa. Car was promised to us twice without it actually being ready--and again, I had to call to get that news. Car finally delivered after 15 business days--which would not have been irritating if we had had decent communication or an updated estimate. Work itself looks nice, but their process needs work. more

Great guys at the counter and doing the repairs 8/26/2013

I love my car. I've put a lot of time, blood, sweat, and tears into it. So when some lady backed up into it, I was more than a bit stressed out. Also working a busy schedule made it hard to deal with it. I tried dealing with the other lady's insurance company on my own, but had limited and frustrating success. I decided to bring the car to Turnpike. That was a great decision. Dan helped get me squared away with what they needed from me, was willing to work with my schedule, and best of all they took care of dealing with the insurance company. Very smooth sailing once I got Turnpike involved. I had a rental, got nearly daily updates on my car's status, and repaired it perfectly. I'm a car guy, and am very picky with my car, but couldn't find anything wrong. If I ever need future work done, I know who I'll be going to. I've already recommended them to a few of my friends who were in similar situations. Good people. more
