Excellent Service. Smooth Transaction. 3/4/2016

First time doing business with these guys and it was great. Bringing my Toyota Camry 2014 SE in for rear bumping replacement after hit other driver, whose insurance company is Travelers. The Travelers rep. in the same location as Turnpike Motors estimated the repair, arranged Enterprise rental car 100 yards away, completed with repair perfectly. They give lifetime warranty for the repair as long as I own the car. Thanks. more

Outstanding Service! 2/15/2016

This is second time I have used Turnpike Motors. Each. time I have used their services, their prices were reasonable, the time for service was fast and their work was excellent with a great warrantee. Everyone was pleasant and they were careful to explain all of the services they provide. They were never pushy and never made me feel like I was wasting their time by asking questions. I highly recommend them for any type of work on your car. more

Turnpike Motors 12/11/2015

I had the best experience here...I had an accident with a company car and they made it seamless to bring my car, get the rental and get my car fixed is a very reasonable time frame. I was expecting to have to wait much longer for the repair to be complete. I have found a new place to take my personal car. Thanks to everyone there. more

Yes, Corey Jones, the Front Office Manager... he kept us in the loop as repairs were taking place. When he could not reach me, he would contact my husband so that the line of communication remained open throughout the entire process. I REALLY appreciate him for that since I attend quite a few meeting and many times was out of pocket and could not get back to him right a way. Corey is a class act and I would refer this auto-body shop and him to all of my friends. Thanks for taking good care of my baby and repairing her so nicely. I appreciate you all for that. Have a great holiday...and again... thank you! more

Very good 11/21/2015

In general I was very pleased with the service. However, I was disappointed that when I went to pick up my car, there was a scratch on the bumper that had not been noticed in the final inspection. I had to wait additional time while the scratch was buffed out. Also the car was dirtier on the outside than when I brought it in, and I had to take it to a car wash to be cleaned. more

This was the first time I had to deal with any car repair of this kind. Tunpike Motors was very easy to work with. They explained the process thoroughly, was very responsive when I had questions and made the whole process quick, timely and painless. All the staff I delt with were friendly & knowledgable. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and family! more
