We were recommended to Turnpike by our insurance company. We dropped it off with the estimated time being 8-10 business days for completion of repairs. We dropped off prior to vacation with the expectation that it would be completed by the time we came back and wouldn't have to get a loaner. Received NO updates the entire time we were gone. Work did not seem to begin until after we returned from vacation. I had to call them to get updates not vice versa. Car was promised to us twice without it actually being ready--and again, I had to call to get that news. Car finally delivered after 15 business days--which would not have been irritating if we had had decent communication or an updated estimate. Work itself looks nice, but their process needs work.
