Services: Blood Work and Ultrasounds\r \r If I was able to give less I would. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU ARE DYING. The billing practices are outrageous and they ALWAYS make mistakes. For example, I am one person, as far as I am aware, and over the 2 months I was going here for services, they somehow created 3 different accounts for me. Including interchanging my insurance numbers so claims were declined. They also called my elderly father, who lives in CT, inquiring about my bill. NO IDEA how they got his number, certainly not from me.\r \r On top of all of this, I receive robo-calls every day for me to call them. When I do, I'm put on hold for at least 25 minutes each time and when I finally DO speak to someone, I always request that a FULL statement of services and costs be mailed to me. It's been a month, and three calls and i have not received such a statement. At this point, they will be lucky to get a dime out of me. \r \r Worst place ever.\r \r UPDATE: I received a printed screenshot of a balance without any explanation of services, but with an amount due. A few days later I received a different looking invoice with services that were billed to the wrong (inverted) insurance # AGAIN. Each time I speak with them or get something in the mail, the amount they claim I owe is WILDLY different. Look, I'm more than happy to pay what I owe, but they need to pull their s**t together first and send me a proper bill. more

I Love Tuality Community Hospital 12/29/2010

I've been going to Tuality Community Hospital since the spring of 1969. I've had multiple visits to the ER, for myself and my children, have had many surgeries, procedures and gave birth in 1972. I have never had a bad experience there, so I get really puzzled when I read negative reviews. My suggestion is to always be sure to check your own attitude before entering the hospital... more

Tuality Provides Great Healthcare 9/3/2010

I was brought to Tuality upon having a grand mal seizure. Their Emergency Department was great. I went to their Imaging Department for an MRI and was diagnosed with a brain tumor. Had brain surgery in their OR, and had a great outcome. Tumor removed completely, no complications and no infection. Spent 4 days as an inpatient with no complaints. I would highly recommend this hospital to anybody in the Forest Grove/Cornelius/Hillsboro area. more

Worst hospital Ive ever been to!!!!! 12/3/2009

I called the hospital and was told that they had an urgent care clinic. I walked all around the hospital and the surrounding neighborhood only to finally be told that the clinic is miles away and not on the site of the hospital at all!! I decided to be seen in the er, considering I had pneumonia and possible strep throat. I was taken back quickly and a nurse took my vitals and jammed a swab into my sore throat, and that was the last I saw of anyone for two hours. I went to the hallway and could see staff members milling around and chatting with each other. I told them I was leaving because I had been ignored for so long and was met with a nasty attitude from one staffer and just a shrug from the other. From what I experienced, Tuality hospital is full of lazy incompetent liars. I would never trust my health or my families to any of them ever again. I wish I had investigated before I decided to waste my time and limited energy on going there. I have seen nothing but terrible reviews on them! Cons: The fact that they are still in business! more

Horrible hospital, terrible emergency room doc, should be shut down! 2/3/2009

What a disaster of a place. This hospital shouldn't even exist it is so poorly managed and run. The ER is a mess with some ER doctor (no one knows who the management is so messed up) managed to get offended by a patient throwing up and called the cops on said patient. Cons: Many including the worst doctors ever and absentee management. more

RUDE NURSES, HORRIBLE SERVICE, NEW POLICY NOT POSTED ANYWHERE! 1/3/2009

So here is to a new year. My friend just had her baby and I went to go see her at Tuality Hospital. They have a new policy effective January. I was stopped in my tracks and was not allowed in because I had a child under 12 with me. There was no sign or notice about this new change so how was I suppose to know? The nurses wouldn?t explain it to me and even refused to tell my friend I had been by with a present. They were very rude to me and insisted I leave. I had to remain calm in front of my child. I was just in Tuality Hopsital September 2008 to have a baby and this rule was not in effect. I would have never brought my daughter if I had known about this new policy. I did not deserve to be treated this way. This is not a place I would feel comfortable receiving health care from if this is how they treat vistors, Pros: none Cons: everything more

Tuality Community Hospital 3/5/2008

I have my father-in-law in this Hospital. He is diabetic,on dialisis, has a defibulator installed to his heart, some kind of a bacteria eating at his leg. This hospital did send out a sample to be reviewed right away. Tuality Hospital does not give medications on a timely basis when the patient needs it, such as the insulin for the diabetis. They will give the insulin which is fast acting and then the patient is to eat. The patient is on alot of pain medication that he falls asleep. The nurses do not make sure the patient eats, they leave the room. There for, the patients glucose numbers drops drastically, which if drops too low will cause a diabetic coma. My mother-in-law is visiting daily for hours and makes sure he eats since she cannot depend on the hospital staff. What would happen if she was not there? When the doctors come in to see the patient, they do not call the wife as requested with information. The doctors do not alway's leave the information in the patient's file. Hospital employee's do not check the patient's file for active medications beiing used. Instead, they will ask the family what medications the patient on! The nurses will at times come into the room and ask the patient if he WANT'S his insulin! Now, who is the nurse and who is the patient? They gave my father-in-law one of his prescriptions at one time and now we have not seen that paticular medication since. Nothing has been said to the patients wife and no notes have been entered into the file as to why. Pros: Bed side manner for the most part Cons: Medications not given on a timely matter, nurse and doctors don't know what the right hand is doing! more
