Review content:
So here is to a new year. My friend just had her baby and I went to go see her at Tuality Hospital. They have a new policy effective January. I was stopped in my tracks and was not allowed in because I had a child under 12 with me. There was no sign or notice about this new change so how was I suppose to know? The nurses wouldn?t explain it to me and even refused to tell my friend I had been by with a present. They were very rude to me and insisted I leave. I had to remain calm in front of my child. I was just in Tuality Hopsital September 2008 to have a baby and this rule was not in effect. I would have never brought my daughter if I had known about this new policy. I did not deserve to be treated this way. This is not a place I would feel comfortable receiving health care from if this is how they treat vistors, Pros: none Cons: everything
