Review content:
I called the hospital and was told that they had an urgent care clinic. I walked all around the hospital and the surrounding neighborhood only to finally be told that the clinic is miles away and not on the site of the hospital at all!! I decided to be seen in the er, considering I had pneumonia and possible strep throat. I was taken back quickly and a nurse took my vitals and jammed a swab into my sore throat, and that was the last I saw of anyone for two hours. I went to the hallway and could see staff members milling around and chatting with each other. I told them I was leaving because I had been ignored for so long and was met with a nasty attitude from one staffer and just a shrug from the other. From what I experienced, Tuality hospital is full of lazy incompetent liars. I would never trust my health or my families to any of them ever again. I wish I had investigated before I decided to waste my time and limited energy on going there. I have seen nothing but terrible reviews on them!
Cons: The fact that they are still in business!
