Excellent. 7/23/2013

We have used Tru-Comfort and their staff since 2009. They have installed heating systems in two properties we own; and air conditioning system in one. We will be using them to install another air conditioning system in our home this year. From installation to maintenance, everyone is professional and takes the time to answer customer questions or concerns. Jobs are performed to perfection in a neat, courteous manner. We can't say enough about their trustworthiness and customer service! We highly recommend them to all! more

We had Tru-Comfort replace our whole-house heating and AC system in February. We had problems from the get go. It would operate on the low end but then the high end would kick out. We had four different servicemen come out to check it out. They were prompt every time but they couldn't find the problem. Last month, one guy came out and backtracked the whole system. He figured out the wiring was done wrong by the manufacturer and we got the problem fixed. I'm not sure why this wasn't don in the beginning, I guess they take it for granted that the wiring is done correctly. more

maintenance of A/C 6/11/2013

I was told you would be here between 10 and 2 pm I received a phone call advising the serviceman would be here in the next 45 minutes he was here in 30 minutes. He was polite, told me what he was doing, showed me how to change the battery in the thermostat, Explained the additional needs I have for the A/C system. Explained the yearly service agreement. Couldn't ask for more. thank you so much. more

As is every visit with my Tru-Comfort service person, the experience was perfect 5/29/2013

In today's busy time when companies don't have time for personal service, my Tru-Comfort person Chuck is a breath of fresh air. I always request him for my twice yearly visits, he is courteous, professional and most personable. more
