Review content:
We had Tru-Comfort replace our whole-house heating and AC system in February. We had problems from the get go. It would operate on the low end but then the high end would kick out. We had four different servicemen come out to check it out. They were prompt every time but they couldn't find the problem.
Last month, one guy came out and backtracked the whole system. He figured out the wiring was done wrong by the manufacturer and we got the problem fixed. I'm not sure why this wasn't don in the beginning, I guess they take it for granted that the wiring is done correctly.
